About the Team & Business Line:
We’re a family-owned business, not a faceless corporation. This personal approach informs every aspect of our customer service, where we develop long-lasting relationships with our clients. But we don’t stop there: we also build these same bonds among our own teams, too. Here, we’ve created a community where colleagues support one another and different departments help others succeed. And here, we’ve cultivated a culture where employees care about our company values and live them in their work. At Citco, this people-centric philosophy is the core of who we are—and it shines through in everything we do, every day.
The role forms part of the Group Risk Management function and will monitor sustainability requirements for Citco entities (CSRD, ECB Climate Guide, OSFI Climate Risk Requirements, etc.) and drive the required actions to comply, including build-out of sustainability risk management framework where needed, by leveraging risk toolkits and working with various teams from across the business. This will work with stakeholders across the organisation, including close work with Citco Banking Services CRO and Deputy CRO, Group Compliance, Corporate Sustainability and Group Finance.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate experience and knowledge of implementing sustainability requirements and/or risk frameworks in a financial institution and proven analytical capability. Additionally, candidates should be able to demonstrate a proven record of accomplishment and an ability to influence and develop relationships with senior business leaders.
Successful candidates will require an ability to effect change by successfully embedding the sustainability requirements and improving risk maturity and awareness within the organization. Additionally, the role requires a strong focus on delivery, both through their own efforts and driving teams to meet shared goals.
