What are we looking for?
The Environmental Project Manager will support the Environmental business by conducting and managing Phase I ESA, Phase II ESAs, IQA, NEPA, and other (potential for Wetlands projects) environmental projects in the Northeast Ohio area.
Shift/Schedule: Typically, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week.
What you’ll do:
Perform environmental services including Phase I and II environmental site assessments (ESAs); potential for involvement with Wetlands, Brownfield, and IAQ work
Assist in site assessments and remediation and field work
Ability to prepare technical proposal and reports
Ability to communicate with clients and regulators to keep projects moving and on schedule
Ability to self-manage and make decisions during all phases of a project
Ability to manage and control project budgets and build solid relationship with clients
