What Will You Get To Do:
- Provide support & coordination to the company to support worker health, safety, security & OSHA's health & Safety programs, procedures, training, standard work and controls
- Conduct & support employee training as required by local, state a& federal regulations in addition to KV policies & procedures
- Assist in the investigation & analysis of near misses, accidents, injuries & incident trends
- Evaluate or train to the health & safety standards of work, lockout/tagout, fall protection, first aid/CPR/AED
- Participate in audits, training matrix reviews, GEMBA walks
- Assist employees with training materials and topics related to orientation & on the job training
- Support OSHA compliance programs: LOTO, Hearing conservation, Fall protection, Respiratory Protection, Lift trucks, Hoist Operations
What Will You Bring:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in safety, occupational health, public health, industrial hygiene or another safety-related field
- 2 years of experience leading projects or teams
- Demonstrated experience in the application of Health & Safety Management systems
- High School Diploma or GED
- Tech Savvy: Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, Adobe Acrobat, Cloud ERP programs like Oracle
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
