Work on projects as assigned by the Leadership Team
Submit utility paperwork to respective utility portal
Communicate with customers regarding consumption (bills), and other individuals to resolve concerns, explain information, take orders and address complaints
Process paperwork
Monitor and communicate with Utility Engineers to address project corrections.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
· Knowledge of relevant software applications including MS Office
· Proficient in use of email and internet
· Good numerical skills
· Fast keyboard skills
· Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
· Knowledge of administrative procedures
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Solar background is a plus
