Job Description

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a global, international team as a Battery Product Specialist at Bosch. If you are ready to take on this challenge and make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply and become a part of our innovative and dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Align product strategy with Headquarters (BU)
Regional implementation of product strategy and pricing
Develop and execute regional launch concepts for new products and product programs, such as midterm turnover plans and launch activities.
Represent the Product Segment in the Sub-region and continuously monitor and report on competitors' activities
Effective lifecycle management
Effective collaboration with other departments, such as Technical, Workshop, Sales and other, in order to develop business

Qualifications

Proven record of successful management of a product portfolio
Good understanding of Automotive Aftermarket distribution channels and the behavior and priorities of independent workshops
Strong communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to collaborate and influence effectively in a matrix organization
Proficiency in data management and analysis
Excellent analytical and convincing skills
Ability to reach objectives through creativity and flexibility
Team player with openness to mutual knowledge sharing
Strong relationship-building skills
Organized, pragmatic and adept in project management
Fluent in English
Willingness to travel

Knowledge of the Automotive Aftermarket would be beneficial
Experience in managing technically complex automotive products is desirable
