What will you do?
Manage business operations that support our Commercial Strategy to profitably grow the sales of the Schneider Electric Process Automation Instrumentation portfolio within North America, ensuring total Customer satisfaction
- Lead Sales Support Team for NAM Instrumentation – Technical Sales, Data/Analytics, Customer Support, and Order Management
- Work strategically with National Customer Service Sales Manager to develop key business processes, tools and support functions required to achieve the targets for Instrumentation Business in NAM.
- Work proactively on driving better business processes to best support the North American sales force.
- Serve as liaison between the field sales team and the rest of Schneider Electric. (Factory, LOB, Offer Management, Finance, other districts, other SE sales teams, etc.)

- BFO – Salesforce.com
- Lead Generation
- Industry Conference and Exhibit Planning
- CQA Process Management
- Buy Automation – Training and Support
- Exactly (Rep Commission & Sales Reporting)
- SAP (Sales Reporting)
- Territory/Credit Adjustments
- Website/Partner Portal Content
- Assist the sales team in tracking and management of all opportunities through BFO.
- Assist development and coordinating of sales training for the sales team.
- Plan and Organize Sales Meetings and Partner Factory Training
- Support Marketing Initiatives and Channel Events
- Collaborate with other SE business units to support sales operations.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- 4 year degree, preferably in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or Economics
- 5+ years experience in sales or sales management
- Day to day customer, channel partner & SE sales team sales support
- Manage TSC workload and travel requirements through BFO
- Partner Commission and Order Management
- Administration of OEM Accounts (Quotes, Orders, RMAs, Credits)
- Timely sales management, reporting & forecasting tools
- Ongoing procedural improvement, development & training
- Administrative ownership of retained & assigned OEM accounts
- Lead generation development, tracking & report out of performance
- Contact list management for the team
- On/Off Boarding of Reps
- Support our DSMs in the field when necessary for QBRs or required partner training
- BFO training & support
- Dashboard creation
- Maintain our product demo inventory internally within SE team and with our partners
- Marketing strategy & support
