Schneider Electric is recruiting for an Export Control Change Manager in one of the following locations:Â Raleigh, NC, Nashville, TN or North Andover, MA. Â
Are you ready to make a significant impact at Schneider Electric? We're seeking a dynamic Change Manager to drive the adoption of our Global Export Control Program. In this pivotal role, you will report to the Export Control Director of Standards and be an essential member of our change management team, focusing on planning, coordination, and execution of change initiatives across the Global Export Control Center of Excellence (CoE).
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Change Management Strategies: Develop tailored strategies for export control projects, ensuring compliance with evolving regulations and policies.
- Engage Stakeholders: Collaborate with project teams, legal and compliance experts, government agencies, and business units to foster open communication and gain alignment throughout project lifecycles.
- Develop Communication Plans: Craft comprehensive plans to convey project updates, regulatory changes, and compliance requirements to key audiences using various channels.
- Deliver Effective Communication: Organize meetings, workshops, and training sessions to ensure timely and clear messaging across the organization.
- Assess Impact: Conduct impact analyses on changes in export control regulations and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Collect feedback and evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies, refining approaches to enhance compliance and project outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Change Management, Business, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven project management experience with a track record of leading change initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple global projects simultaneously.
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Bonus: Knowledge of export control regulations and compliance requirements.
- Bonus: Familiarity with Schneider Electric products or business units.
