JOB SUMMARY: The position is located in Pipestone National Monument. Career-Seasonal appointments are permanent positions and include the same benefits as Career appointments, but do not provide work on a year-round basis. You will work from approximately April to October and will be in a non-pay status for the rest of the year (November-March). Open to the first 50 applicants or until 11/29/2024 whichever comes first. MAJOR DUTIES: Major duties of the position include but are not limited to: Implements vegetation restoration activities parkwide. Implement invasive plant management activities parkwide. Using GIS equipment, map restoration, inventorying, monitoring, and eradication efforts under the direction and instruction of a technical supervisor.
