MAJOR DUTIES: As a Management Analyst, you will perform the following duties: Develop schedules, milestones, processes, systems and controls to accomplish projects. Coordinate the work of others and integrate the work into a complete product. Facilitate the communication of priorities identified to implement and fulfill policy and program initiatives. Conduct assessments and research to prepare analyses, briefing papers, reports, or other information to make recommendations to achieve goals. Identify solutions and advise on management and operational problems which are characterized by complexity in breadth, political sensitivity, controversy or implications for resources that affect leadership's decisions. Leverage knowledge of the substantive nature of agency programs, policies, and activities to assess and improve administrative effectiveness and efficiency. Perform studies and revise existing policies and procedures to ensure the effective implementation and execution of agency programs. Conduct studies on operating programs to identify procedural problems using quantitative or qualitative methods. Provide administrative support to the programs and operations of the agency.
