C-Care is currently looking for a Sustainability Lead at the Corporate office, Moka.
Sustainability Lead
The role of the incumbent is to lead and manage sustainability projects and initiatives in alignment with the Group Sustainability Strategy. This role will involve developing, implementing, and overseeing various sustainability initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s sustainability goals and objectives, and promoting a culture of sustainability throughout the organisation.
What you will be doing:
- Lead community outreach programs and projects that benefit local communities.
- Lead employee wellbeing and engagement initiatives and organize sustainability training programs.
- Oversee community outreach projects, collaborating with local organizations to address social issues.
- Develop and implement environmental sustainability projects and track progress on impact.
- Define project goals, create detailed plans, manage budgets, and monitor project risks and progress.
- Develop and execute the company's sustainability strategy, track KPIs, and prepare reports for stakeholders.
- Engage stakeholders to achieve sustainability goals and represent the company at relevant forums and events.
What are we looking for?
- Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or related field.
- Master's degree in a relevant field and sustainability related certificates are a plus
- >5 years in a sustainability or project management role.
- Experience in healthcare or related industries is a plus
