We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Print Solutions Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of designing and supporting cutting-edge printing processes in cloud environments, particularly Azure. You'll play a crucial role in optimizing our printing infrastructure and ensuring seamless operations across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and support custom printing applications for critical business services
• Implement and maintain cloud-based printing solutions, focusing on Azure and Printix
• Configure and manage multi-brand printer fleets and multifunction devices
• Oversee print driver distribution and scanning configurations (email, SMB, FTP)
• Troubleshoot technical issues and propose process improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share knowledge and best practices
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in a similar IT role
• Proficiency in Windows Server, Windows Client, and Azure AD
• Expertise in secure printing processes and GPO printer deployment
• Strong knowledge of MS Azure and Citrix environments
• Experience with ticketing systems and IT support
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication abilities in English (written and verbal)
Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with Printix cloud solutions
• Knowledge of PaperCut, Equitrac, or Safecom
• Experience in cloud migration projects

This position is available in either Warren, NJ or Charleston, SC.
