- Review/complete Offers/ orders received from the clients.
- Distribute orders to the concerned technical team and discuss the inspection plans
- Collect/review the daily reports before sending to client
- Clients communication, receiving nominations / inquiries and feedback.
- Reverts with order confirmation and service offer to client.
- Opens new files on SGS database system.
- Issues suitable mission order and submit to execution office/local branch.
- Comply with all quality procedures
- Manage the Client in term of receiving the feedback and update.
- Prepare and Review draft of certificates.
- Check and review final certificates aligned with SGS quality standards
- Coordinate with billing team for invoices issuance.
- Documents management skills for the department files.
- Act as an Operation integrity rep. for the department.
- Daily monitoring of file status, new entries, closed entries.
- Contact with management and finance to follow up collection.
- Sales support approach with the different clients
- BSc in Engineering or Sciences.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales Support or Admin/Office Coordination
- Fluent in English is a Must.
- Very Good in Microsoft advance Excel.
- Adaptive and Service Oriented Personality.
