Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability Practitioner Apprenticeship Skills Coach
Salary: £40-45k + excellent benefits
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Corporate Responsibility Professional to join our friendly and supportive Delivery Team as a Skills Coach.
This is an incredibly rewarding role as you will have the opportunity to help our learners complete their apprenticeships and achieve their career potential. You will support our Level 4 Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability Practitioner apprentices to acquire and demonstrate the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed, as well as offer advice and guidance throughout their learning journey.
The role will be predominantly remote with at least one day a month at our South London office.
Responsibilities include:
- Support your apprentices through the learning journey and deliver an outstanding learner experience through effective coaching and mentoring.
- Ensure your apprentices are on track to complete their apprenticeship.
- Deliver regular coaching sessions and progress reviews for all apprentices and ensure that employers are up to date with apprentice progress.
- Design and facilitate engaging and relevant apprentice training through group sessions including live sessions, masterclasses and in-person delivery days.
- Be involved in coordinating the activities delivered in partnership with our employers and industry experts.
- Assess your apprentices' work and provide timely and developmental feedback.
- Manage your scheduled activities to ensure the timely achievement of learners.
- Comply with any quality procedures to ensure compliance and best practice.
- Build strong and lasting relationships with each apprentice and employer you support.
- Provide additional pastoral support for apprentices as required.
For this role you must have the following:
- Have worked as a Corporate Responsibility Professional either in-house or in a consultancy or agency environment.
- Have a broad understanding of the Corporate Responsibility landscape and the broad range of initiatives that make up a modern CR strategy.
- Experience in either teaching or coaching and a keen interest in developing others.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Strong organisation skills, with the ability to deliver to deadlines and prioritise effectively.
- Good IT skills and ability to use software and systems such as MS Office, Salesforce and Learner Management Systems.
- The desire to learn and develop yourself, so that you can add value to the apprenticeship experience of our learners.
- Knowledge of Apprenticeship Standards and End Point Assessments.
- A passion to help people start their careers at amazing companies, which inspires you to deliver the best possible training.
- Ideally hold the Level 3 qualification in Education and Training or equivalent.
- We'd love it if you were a member of a relevant marketing organisation, such as the Chartered Institute for Marketing, holding accreditation but this is not essential.
