Customers can finance their purchases over time by paying in weekly or monthly installments, with the option to pay via cash or mobile money. To date, Easy Solar has reached more than 1 million beneficiaries, distributed through its extensive network of agents and outlets throughout all of Sierra Leone’s 16 districts.
OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
The Regional Brand Representative will play a key role in supporting Easy Solar’s marketing and sales efforts within an assigned region. This position is responsible for executing field activities, ensuring brand consistency, supporting sales teams, and managing the distribution of marketing materials. The successful candidate will be organized, proactive, and have a deep understanding of our brand values to effectively represent Easy Solar in the community.
CORE FOCUS AREAS
- Support ATL, BTL and TTL Marketing Activities:
- Assist in planning and executing regional ATL, BTL and TTL marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure campaign messaging aligns with Easy Solar's brand guidelines and regional requirements.
- Sales Support in the Field:
- Work closely with the sales team to provide support for their activities, ensuring brand presence is maintained in all field operations.
- Conduct door-to-door activations and night demonstrations every month to drive customer engagement and product interest.
- Branding and Standardization for Shops:
- Oversee branding standards for all shops within the assigned region to ensure consistent application of Easy Solar’s identity.
- Conduct quality checks to confirm shops are visually aligned with Easy Solar’s guidelines.
- Marketing Kit Distribution:
- Ensure new agents and brand ambassadors receive their marketing kits promptly to facilitate effective representation of the brand.
- Track kit distribution to maintain accurate records and inventory.
- Marketing Collateral Distribution:
- Lead the distribution of campaign-specific marketing collateral, ensuring materials are effectively used and reach the right audiences.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to source and dispatch materials as needed.
- Reporting and Feedback:
- Submit a comprehensive quarterly report that covers:
- Media performance metrics
- Brand visibility
- Lead generation and conversion data
- Regional events calendar
- Community feedback and insights on brand perception
- Ensure timely submission to support team analytics and decision-making.
REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE
Education/Experience
- Proven experience in marketing, sales support, or a related field; experience in the solar industry is an advantage.
- Ability to conduct sales activations and marketing events, including door-to-door and nighttime demonstrations.
- Strong knowledge of branding principles and the ability to maintain high visual presentation standards.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage the distribution of marketing materials and oversee campaign execution.
- Capacity to compile and analyze performance data, write reports, and provide actionable feedback.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with the sales team, customers, and partners.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive marketing success in the assigned region.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace for reporting purposes
