The Opportunity:
Recycling Management Resources is seeking a Full Time Material Handler / Plant Laborer for our facility in Delaware. The Laborer is responsible for supporting plant operations in a safe and effective manner while maintaining the production floor. Shift Hours are Monday through Friday with occasional extended or weekend hours.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
This position will be responsible for, but not limited to the following duties:
- Performing manual material separation for processing
- Removing non-compliant materials during the sorting process
- Handling and storage of incoming materials in the appropriate area of the plant
- General plant housekeeping inside and outside the building
- Reporting equipment issues to supervisor/maintenance staff
What you need to succeed:
Education/Experience:
- 0-2 years’ experience in an industrial environment
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Required Skills/Competencies:
- High awareness to safety at all times
- Physical strength and flexibility to complete assigned job tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Regularly stand for long periods of time
- Able to bend, stoop, climb, reach
- Work in an outdoor or shop environment
- Strict adherence to OSHA and company policies.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is in a plant environment and may be exposed to hot or cold conditions. While performing outside maintenance, the employee may be exposed to the elements. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
