MISSION
Coordinate and ensure the correct performance of the health and safety and environmental management system in the project.
RESPONSABILITIES
- Participate in the preparation, maintenance and control of the health and safety and environmental plan.
- To control compliance with the legal and regulatory provisions in force, the project's internal regulations and work procedures.
- Drawing up and disseminating work procedures.
- Drawing up the Emergency Plan and organising drills.
- Coordinate and carry out periodic meetings with the Health and Safety technicians and MA of contractor companies and carry out documentary reviews to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
- Carry out inspections, observations, training and all activities contemplated in the Health and Safety and environmental plan.
- Report all accidents occurring on the project and participate and advise during accident investigation and follow up on corrective and closure measures.
- Report non-conformities related to his/her area, follow up actions for their resolution and monitor their closure.
- Channel and coordinate external or internal audits of the project.
- Purchase personal protective equipment (PPE) and collective protection.
- Prepare monthly HSE reports and follow up the budget of the Health and Safety and environmental plan assigned to the project.
- Manage, maintain and safeguard the project's health and safety and environmental record files.
REQUIREMENTS
- Intermediate Degree.
- Advanced Occupational Risk Prevention Technician, specialising in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene and Ergonomics or equivalent Occupational Risk Prevention qualification.
- Knowledge of environmental, health and safety and labour legislation.
