The Process Supervisor II will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing manufacturing processes within our production facility. This role involves managing a team of process operators, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Supervise and mentor a team of process operators, ensuring effective communication and fostering a positive work environment.
- Schedule and assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
- Conduct regular training sessions to ensure team members are up-to-date with process changes and safety procedures.
- Monitor and control manufacturing processes to ensure optimal performance and adherence to quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues, collaborating with engineering and maintenance teams as needed.
- Implement and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct inspections and audits to verify product quality and process integrity.
- Analyze quality data and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports on process performance and improvement outcomes.
