As a Battery Technician, you'll be responsible for performing service calls, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the efficient operation of battery power systems. Your role is vital in supporting our commitment to keeping customers' equipment running with minimal downtime.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in repairing and servicing industrial batteries, forklift batteries, chargers, and related equipment.
- Mechanical and electrical knowledge.
- Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Time management: the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
- Basic computer proficiency and laptop fundamentals.
- Must own tools necessary for repairs and be certified to operate material handling equipment.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
