Solar Customer Representative – Full Time
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus!
Salary $19.00 -$22.00/Hour
Ronkonkoma, New York
SUNation Solar Systems, Inc. is looking for a Customer Service/Technical Support Representative to help troubleshoot any issues our clients may experience. We are looking for someone who is friendly, enjoys helping people and has at least 3 years of Customer Service experience.
Basic Function:
Answer calls and serve as the liaison between clients and Service Technicians as well as between the Company and its vendors. Schedule service appointments. Follow up with customers.
Reports To:
Service Department Office Manager
Responsibilities:
Welcomes customers by greeting them, on the telephone or email for all inbound service inquiries.
Scheduling and logistics of both company personnel, and equipment.
Customer calls and emails.
Interface with manufactures for troubleshooting advice, ordering, RMA coordination, payments, returns, shipping.
Client invoice creation and follow-up.
Scheduling daily service calls, annual inspections, etc...
Hourly CRM updates.
Daily estimates, invoices and payment follow up.
Creates reports on service work.
Assist clients with advanced service issues.
Required Skills:

Must be able to smile through the phone.
Telephone Skills, Verbal Communication, Listening, Professionalism, Customer Focus, Organization, Informing Others, Handles Pressure, Supply Management.
Proficient in Microsoft word, excel and general computer usage.
Very organized.
Preferred Skills:
Solar knowledge (customer or work experience)
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience.
Associates Degree or higher.
Knowledge of Basecamp and Salesforce software.
Miscellaneous:
Perform other related duties as assigned.
