We offer specialized services, project commissioning, preventive maintenance, as well as corrective and major corrective measures, for onshore and offshore wind energy equipment. Our teams work all over the world in close partnership with the main manufacturers of wind turbines (OEM).
Role
We are seeking a highly organized person with excellent communication skills to fill the position of Project Coordinator in our USA office. The Project Coordinator will be one of the key members of the US organization and will work directly with the Engineering Manager and the Project Managers to coordinate the functions of a large-scale offshore wind energy project. This person will be the right-hand assistant to the Engineering Team, and will act as a liaison between Engineering, Human Resources, and the Client. Through this role the Project Coordinator will gain the skills needed to continue a career trajectory to effective project management in Wind Energy.
Location
This full-time position will be based in our Flower Mound, TX Office. Workdays and hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. This position allows for one day remote work.
Qualifications/ Skills/ Requirements
·Candidate must be a U.S. Resident or authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
·Candidate must have a valid driver’s license. Passport is optional, but a plus.

·Available for moderate travel with the Engineering Manager.
·Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
·Knowledge of ERP (eg. SAGE X3) a plus.
Project Coordinator duties and responsibilities
·Coordinate large wind energy project under the direction of the Engineering Manager.
·Approve hourly staff records to be communicated with the client.
·Perform billing for projects according to contracts and customer requirements.
·Send invoices to clients within the established payment deadlines.
·Provide administrative support for the development of the project from the definition phase, through implementation and completion.
·Contribute to interactions with the client; develop long-lasting relationships to ensure continued collaboration.
·Attend regular meetings with clients and the Engineering team.
·Allocate tasks to the proper resources.
·Ensure compliance with the project’s planned budget.
·Verify and validate the work performed by the teams.
·Coordinate mobility needs along with Logistics and Human Resources staff.
·Suggest internal process improvements along with possible solutions.
·Comply with safety rules and procedures established by Endiprev and the clients.
