Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the installation of PV systems, from array mounting to final AC/DC connections.
- Ensure material is moved and handled safely, adhering to best practices.
- Collaborate closely with electricians to activate and test PV systems, ensuring they meet performance standards.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization on-site and in company vehicles.
- Commit to following detailed project designs and plans to guarantee top-quality installations and compliance with all regulations.
- Thrive in various outdoor conditions, working on rooftops and in confined spaces like attics and crawl spaces.
- Foster effective communication within your team to keep everyone informed on job progress.
- Work effectively in teams of 3-4 members.
What We Look For:
- Experience in roofing or construction, with a keen eye for safety and quality.
- A reliable and enthusiastic team player who is comfortable working on various roof types.
- Valid Driver’s License and personal transportation to our SODO office.
- Proficient with both hand-held and power tools.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to interpret building schematics.
- Strong leadership and proactive communication abilities.
- A proactive, 'do-what-it-takes' attitude is essential.
