Skyland Grain operates grain storage and handling facilities at 50 locations in Kansas, Colorado, Oklahoma, and Texas. It also operates three cotton gins, a full-service agronomy sales and service division, and a retail and wholesale fuel sales and delivery division. Position Overview:
This position is responsible for establishing new accounts and maintaining and servicing existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Locate, evaluate and recruit potential customers/clients.
Serve customers, address inquiries or forward to appropriate internal contact.
Inform customers of new product/service introductions and prices
Create, monitor and revise/lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline
Participate in marketing activities as needed
What is expected of you and others at this level:
Has general awareness of business, financials, products/services and the market
Complexity is limited (territory/account, products/services, or sales process)
Has limited authority and opportunity to set and negotiate product/service terms
Relies on manager to provide planning and manage resources.
