Job Overview:
The Plasma Coating Expert will develop, optimize, and oversee the coating processes for cathode materials used in hydrogen energy generation, ensuring high performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. The role involves working closely with R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to ensure high performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of the Plasma coating.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize cathode coating processes including slurry preparation, coating, drying, and calendaring.
- Conduct experiments and pilot-scale trials to refine coating techniques.
- Collaborate with R&D to innovate and improve plasma coated material formulations.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure consistency and performance of plasma coated material & Ensure coatings meet quality standards and specifications.
- Analyse and characterize Plasma coated materials using various techniques.
- Proficiency in using coating equipment and related software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the coating process and equipment.
