JOB SUMMARY: This position is in the Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Field Organization, Plains Area (PA), National Bio and Agro-Defense Facility (NBAF) located in Manhattan, KS. In this position, you will serve as supervisor of a staff engaged in electronics security, visitor center administration, and other related physical security including activities related to the Sensitive Compartmental Information Facility (SCIF) and Counterintelligence operations for NBAF. MAJOR DUTIES: Plans, organizes, directs, and reviews security management, security countermeasures, facilities management from a security standpoint, and emergency preparedness for NBAF.
