MAJOR DUTIES: You will: Plan, organize, and direct the activities of the organizational unit, ensuring that they comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meet customer needs. Exercise supervisory personnel management responsibilities while remaining in compliance with EEO policies, plans, and programs. Develop and analyze proposals for new environmental protection regulations, techniques, and tools related to water quality, and serve as a policy advisor to high-level management officials and other policy makers. Represent the agency with a variety of functional area organizations.
