Essential criteria
1. Certified Salesforce Administrator with a minimum of 4 years experience within Salesforce eco-system.
2. Salesforce product knowledge, and a strong understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules).
3. Experience working in a Salesforce application or environment support role
4. Experience in Data Loader, Service Cloud, and troubleshooting Salesforce issues and work with internal parties and vendor partners to resolve them
5. Hands-on experience in managing Salesforce related CI/CD processes using GitLab or a similar tool.
6. Excellent communications and negotiation skills, ability to manage competing priorities, and proficiency in aligning multiple stakeholders for effective collaboration
Desirable criteria
1. ITIL Foundation Certification and experience.
2. Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
3. Strong understanding of Scrum/Agile methodologies.
4. Comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development will be highly regarded.
