MissionYour Role:
Reporting to the Group QHSE Department, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring the company’s QHSE policy, with a particular focus on environmental protection and the European CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive). You will drive the integration of CSRD requirements into our environmental strategy and lead the continuous improvement of our environmental management system, ensuring compliance with international standards and fostering innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Integrate CSRD requirements into the company’s environmental policy and monitor sustainability indicators to ensure full compliance with European regulations.
Coordinate data collection and analysis from various departments to produce comprehensive sustainability reports.
Manage the environmental management system, ensuring its implementation and compliance with applicable regulations and standards (ISO 14001, 9001, 45001).
Oversee and improve environmental protection measures, focusing on reducing the environmental impact of shipyards and vessels.
Ensure environmental compliance in projects and support the company's ecological transition.
Conduct field audits on shipyards and vessels to ensure adherence to QHSE procedures.
Contribute to tender responses, ensuring QHSE considerations are embedded in commercial bids.
Analyze environmental and safety risks associated with equipment, facilities, and personnel, and propose corrective actions to minimize environmental impacts.
Raise awareness and train teams on environmental issues, particularly regarding new sustainability standards and reporting requirements.

ProfileEducation: Degree in QHSE, Environmental Management, Sustainability, or a related field.
CSRD Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive and relevant environmental ISO standards.
Field Experience: Proven experience in conducting audits, managing risks, and implementing QHSE procedures on industrial or maritime sites.
International Project Management: Comfortable working in a multicultural environment and managing teams across different locations.
Team Player and Leader: Ability to motivate and lead teams on environmental and sustainability initiatives.
