Leading federal construction contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee, plan, and execute all aspects of highly complex environmental remediation and civil construction projects located throughout the Tri-State area. This position will require up to 25% travel to project site locations within the region and is a highly cross-functional and pivotal role within the organization.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4-Year degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or similar.
- 5-10+ years of experience managing environmental remediation for contaminated sites, preferable with CERCLA experience.
- Must have working knowledge of the following scopes of construction: excavation, groundwater treatment, soil mitigation, retaining walls, wastewater removal etc.
- Five or more years of experience as a Project Manager for the remediation of contaminated sites, preferably with CERCLA experience.
- Must have experience as a Project Manager for federal projects and strong working relationships with related government agencies including USACE, NAVFAC, and USEPA.
