Responsible for managing responsible business (RB) activities within the fit out & retrofit construct business unit (BU) to service projects based in London, and provide support for work winning, and the delivery of Mace's 2026 business plan and responsible business strategy.
You’ll be responsible for:

Delivering purpose-led and measurable outcomes on projects.

Ensuring all targets (legal, client and Mace) are being delivered.

Doing the basics right - legal compliance, legislation, Mace Way.

Ensuring projects contribute to the 2026 Mace business plan KPIs and targets.

Awareness of client and market needs to evolve and maintain necessary competencies.

Regular engagement with your client and consultants (share knowledge, check in, provide informative insights, project updates and case studies).

Data quality (i.e. QA the data sets) and identifying insights that you can act upon.

Driving improvements and better outcomes (not just reporting).
-
Innovation – measure and track, deliver meaningful and measurable outcomes

Providing bid support to the BU leads in construct.

Delivering in an appropriate way to exceed the clients’ expectations but ensuring it is deliverable.
You’ll need to have:
