Job Description:
As the Sustainability Intern (12-month full-time internship) fully integrated in the team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to Cintra’s success by supporting the company’s Environmental and Social Governance (ESG) strategy. The Sustainability Intern, located at our Madrid Headquarters, will assist the Sustainability Manager with ESG reporting efforts, due diligence analysis, and provide support for ISO compliance.
Support subsidiaries with additional ad-hoc ESG questionnaires, including coordinating data collections, analysis, drafting, and proofing.
Skills & Other Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, business, sustainability, or a related field. Master´s degree preferred.
Advanced level of Spanish and English(C1-C2) is a must since you will be working in our Madrid HQ and collaborating with our US team.
Passion for sustainability and a commitment to driving positive environmental and social change.
Superior writing and verbal communication skills.
Analytical skills to collect, interpret, and present ESG data and metrics effectively.
Knowledge of ISO 14001/9001 standards and environmental legislation a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, PowerBI).
