We Elevate... Your Responsibilities
As part of the group sustainability office, you will play a key role in advancing our sustainability reporting agenda. You will be able to work across all sustainability reporting initiatives at Schindler.
Some of your exciting challenges include:

Leading the adoption of new sustainability reporting requirements (e.g., TCFD, CSRD, ISSB), from gap analysis to implementation and reporting.

Enhancing materiality assessments and designing regulatory-compliant sustainability reports.

Defining key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluating data availability, and monitoring performance.

Coordinating global implementation and data collection across business functions and Group companies.

Collaborating with the technical team to automate the reporting process and support the completion of the CDP questionnaire.

Staying informed on best practices in sustainability reporting to support the ESG Reporting Team and advise on climate-related matters.

Further requirements may include:

Master’s degree in sustainability management, environmental engineering, or economics.

At least 5 years of experience in sustainability reporting, covering regulatory requirements (e.g., CSRD, Swiss Code of Obligations, Swiss Climate Ordinance) and standards (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD).

In-depth knowledge of climate and sustainability reporting, with a commitment to continuous learning.

Proven experience in a similar role or consulting.

Excellent project management skills for handling multiple priorities in a global environment.
