We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager to join the team at EGY Bev. As the HSE Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the company's health, safety, and environmental programs. You will work closely with management to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and promote a culture of safety throughout the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, and implement measures to prevent reoccurrence.
- Provide training to employees on health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry best practices and regulatory changes.
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of HSE programs.
- Monitor and analyze HSE performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HSE Manager in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Excellent knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
- Certifications in health and safety management (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) are highly desirable.
- Experience working in the beverage industry is a plus.
