Our Bay Area Region is a close-knit team of 15 professionals, driven by excellence and the shared goal of making a positive environmental impact.
Days of Operation: Our business hours are generally Sunday - Friday from 5 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Availability and Requirements:
This is a salaried overtime-exempt position. Work Hours: *Generally, Monday- Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.;

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations to ensure seamless and efficient processes.
- Supervise and provide feedback to staff across various departments.
- Develop and implement operational policies and strategies.
- Develop and direct an effective sales team.
- Financial management includes but is not limited to monitoring expenses and controlling costs.
- Prepare reports for management on operational performance and financial results.
- Analyze and improve organizational processes to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.
- Address and resolve customer concerns to maintain high service standards.
- Collaborate with senior managers as a part of the Executive Team in developing performance goals and long-term operational plans.
What We’re Looking For:
- Highschool Diploma or equivalent; College degree in business administration preferred;
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role (5 or more years in a senior leadership role);
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record;
- Strong leadership and organizational skills;
- Masterful organizational, communication, and leadership skills, backed by previous professional success;
- Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, and employee management;
- Proven ability to strategically plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity;
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks;
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy;
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data;
- Team-oriented and ability to develop and foster a collaborative work environment.

- Competitive salary of $105k to $120k DOE.
- Exempt Employees are front-loaded 80 PTO hours available for use after 90 days and can enroll in our company’s 401k plan after 180 days.
