For our Latex Binders R&D Center of Excellence in Rheinmünster, Germany close to Strasbourg and Karlsruhe we are looking for a

Master Stundent in our Battery Applicaiton Laboratory

Verantwortungsbereiche

Make formulations and prepare final prototypes to be tested.
Test and characterize prototypes. Interpret results within project(s) related to the Adhesives & Sealants field and build relationships between application performances and Trinseo polymer properties.
Development and implementation of applications tests, if needed for the subject.
Learning of the lab specific safety procedures, analytical methods and laboratory operating procedures.
Be part of the lab team and participate to the weekly lab operations.
Project presentation to the global application R&D team at the end of the internship and complete a report in English.

Qualifikationen

Master student in Chemistry, Formulation, Materials Science or related field.
Strong interest in working within Adhesives & Sealants application laboratory. Passion and curiosity for formulation, testing and chemistry.
Initiative and autonomy in carrying out the formulations and tests.
Good communication and interpersonal team skills.
Good working knowledge of English. German is not required.
Good computing skills (Windows / Microsoft Office package).
