We are currently looking to fill a Renewable Energy Associate role to help manage our new client's awareness, community outreach, and customer acquisition solutions. The position requires someone with excellent verbal communication and presentation skills and someone who thrives in a people-oriented environment.
This role helps with lead generation, customer service, and client acquisition to acquire life-long customers on behalf of our clients. We’re currently partnered with a Energy-based firm and their mission is to provide renewable and natural energy solutions. Our team works with local communities, so they’re able to take advantage of the amazing natural resources and distribute it across the power grid.

Renewable Energy Associate Responsibilities:
- Meet with local customers to educate them on natural and renewable energy and provide service opportunities for personal distribution
- Assist in the enrollment process to opt-in for energy distribution including, but not limited to walking the customer through the website sign-up, explaining next steps, and maintaining contact to ensure satisfaction
- Establish and maintain genuine relationships with customers to ensure complete satisfaction and encourage referral opportunities
- Become a natural and renewable energy expert to best assist the client and customer
- Work with customers and guide them through their energy bills to help them make the best decisions regarding their energy consumption and cost savings
- Any administrative tasks as requested by management
Renewable Energy Associate Experience and Skills:
- Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, or any other customer-facing position is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to establish rapport and build relationships with all types of people
- Passion for clean and renewable energy initiatives and a desire to join a growing team who wants to make a difference in local communities
- Comfortable in a leadership type role whether that is in managing a group of people or projects
- Strong teamwork skills and able to foster an environment of collaboration, honesty and ingenuity
- Self-manageable with excellent organization and time management
