What will you do?
• Consulting with managers and supervisors, developing and implementing training programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Identifying training needs through assessment and performance reviews.
• Collaborating with department managers to determine training priorities and goals.
• Planning and scheduling training sessions, workshops, and activities.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making improvements as needed.
• Supervising and supporting training staff, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Managing training budgets and resources efficiently.
• Maintaining training records and preparing reports on training activities and outcomes.
• Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

What qualifications will make you successful?
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Education, Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and leadership abilities.
• Ability to assess training needs and create effective learning solutions.
• Proficiency in learning management systems and training evaluation methods.
• Proficient in all Microsoft office applications.
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
