We are seeking a dedicated Plant Project Manager supporting El Paso sites 3 & 4 to be the primary liaison to the Front Office, overseeing the seamless execution of orders from inception to service handover. Your role will involve close collaboration with the Front and Back Office to identify and mitigate execution risks while ensuring margin attainment.
What will you do?
- Act as the main point of contact for the Front Office, providing regular updates and addressing any barriers to order fulfillment in compliance with CPP.
- Coordinate with plant stakeholders to monitor order progress through scheduling, engineering, procurement, assembly, testing, and shipment.
- Identify, mitigate, log, and track execution and cost risks throughout the project duration.
- Collaborate with plant flow controllers and engineering to resolve part-related issues and long lead times.
- Assess and communicate the impact of customer change orders on schedule and cost, providing input to the pricing team.
- Coordinate necessary witness testing.
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
- Understanding of CPP and the manufacturing plant order progression.
- Proactive identification and communication of execution risks to ensure on-time order delivery.
- Proficiency in tools such as SEA, AMAPS, SAP, MAPICS, Windchill, Symmetry, and BFO.

- Bachelor's degree required
- Basic familiarity with core gear components and a deeper understanding of electrical and mechanical elements in gear design and build.
- Experience with Engineered-to-Order (ETO) products and their diverse applications and complexity features preferred
