Job Description and Duties
Under the general direction of the Chief, Office of Driver Certification and Substance Testing (ODCAST), the incumbent will receive technical instruction while providing administrative support for the Random and Driver Certification programs regarding the Departments safety sensitive personnel. The incumbent will also provide managers and supervisors information regarding sensitive personnel issues, policy implementation, and progressive employee discipline. Assist with the development of the Department's responses to employee appeals of formal actions and handle a variety of duties timely and independently.
