Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the Plant transformation leader, the incumbent will be responsible to: • Implement the ETO standard processes in the plant for the complete scope of Quality & customer satisfaction • Develop & establish acceptable standards with defined limits of variation in quality of the material, size, weight, finish or other characteristics for goods or services, and maintain these standards. • Implement operational techniques and perform activities aimed both at monitoring a process and at eliminating causes of unsatisfactory performance at relevant stage of the quality loop |

Develop & establish acceptable standards with defined limits of variation in quality of the material, size, weight, finish or other characteristics for goods or services, and maintain these standards. - Make the SPS a CS&Q animation system in plant. - Define the yearly ambition with Plant GM and follow up the plant improvement plan. Implement operational techniques and perform activities aimed both at monitoring a process and at eliminating causes of unsatisfactory performance at relevant stage of the quality loop - control plan robustness - focus on high RPN & customer return Follow up the C&SQ transformation action plan to cope with plant objectives and deliver the results. - Focus on the critical improvements and make sure the momentum is there to deliver the expected results. - Support the CS&Q manager to perform the necessary changes. - Alert the Plant transformation leader in case of deviation vs the plan. |

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
| Bachelors degree at minimum 5 years experience in leadership role in CS&Q / Operations End to End view with the ability to define and deploy std processes for all plants functions. | Strong ability to influence and convince stakeholders. Resilient and curious. | Demonstrated ability to drive change and deliver results - solid network management | Good functional leadership capability, communication and interpersonal skills | Team player - Team builder (functional leadership) | Project management |
