At Schneider Electric, we are looking for marketing, communications, and business students to join our 2025-2026 Global Marketing Internship Program starting in June 2025. This internship will be full-time for the first 3 months (June-August) and continue part-time for an additional 9 months (September-May). Locations include Boston/Foxboro, MA, Nashville, TN, and Raleigh, NC.
We’re seeking passionate and bold students to help us innovate at every level and build a future that empowers all to make the most of their energy and resources. As a member of this program, you will be part of a multidisciplined group of interns whose goal is to help accelerate the company’s digital transformation. This opportunity is tailored for students who want to work in a complex environment to boost a marketing career in the sustainable energy industry.
Over the course of this 12-month program, our interns are empowered to learn, innovate, and grow within the organization. Your journey will start with an onboarding training program to fully understand Schneider Electric and the Global Marketing organization. Throughout your time, you will build a strong and comprehensive view of our business strategy and mission, working with several different teams.
As part of this experience, you and fellow interns will be mentored by a hub leader, who will serve as your connection to the other intern hubs and departments internationally. For your day-to-day responsibilities, you will be assigned to a core mission that will be determined in the interview process. Your core mission leader will teach and guide you through your assigned tasks and serve as a mentor during the program. Through our talent market, you may have the opportunity to take on other projects of various lengths (short-medium-long term) to help broaden your marketing exposure and network.
Core missions and activities may include, but are not limited to:
- Social Media: create, schedule & implement campaigns
- Benchmarking: identify gaps, make recommendations & implement new ideas
- Marketing and communications plan development & execution at a local and global level
- Sales operations deployment (digital tools, social selling, inside sales)
- Content & assets development (blogs, webpages, videos, trainings)
- Measurement and analysis (i.e. business intelligence)
- Paid media operations and reporting
- Website user experience
- Project Management & Change Management support
- Brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation
- Internal & external communication: creation & execution of communication plan
- Digital customer experience product data
Program Requirements:
- Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program during the entirety of the program
- Intern must commit to the entire program.
- June 2025 - May 2026
- Intern must meet the minimum # of hours commitment for full-time and part-time status throughout the duration of the internship
- June - August 2025: 30 - 40 hours per week
- September 2025 - May 2026: 12 - 17.5 hours per week
- Intern must commute to a local office a minimum of 1-2 times per week or as Return To Office policies require at the time.
