We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Order Engineering Supervisor with a proven track record in Low Voltage Motor Control Centers to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in overseeing the engineering process for customer orders, ensuring both technical precision and adherence to project timelines. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in digitization to drive efficiency, optimize workflows, and streamline documentation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Engineering Efforts: Supervise and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance on best practices for low voltage motor control center orders.
- Drive Digitization Initiatives: Champion and implement digital tools to enhance productivity, streamline documentation, and improve data accessibility.
- Organizational Excellence: Maintain meticulous organization of engineering documentation, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and adherence to company standards.
- Metric-Driven Approach: Set and monitor performance metrics, ensuring that engineering objectives align with overall company goals and continuously drive improvement.
- Effective Communication & Conflict Resolution: Cultivate clear and consistent communication across teams, adeptly navigating and resolving conflicts when they arise to maintain a collaborative work environment.
- Leadership and Team Development: Inspire and lead the engineering team by fostering a disciplined, organized, and goal-oriented work culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Low Voltage Motor Control Centers.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on team motivation and discipline.
- Strong background in digitization efforts, with a focus on efficiency and data management.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in documentation management.
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills to effectively lead and coordinate across multiple teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with a metric-driven approach to monitoring and improving performance.
- Self-motivated and eager to challenge the business with high energy.
