Schneider Electric has an opening for an Executive Assistant. The selected candidate will use independent judgment to provide timely and effective administrative and clerical support to Senior Leadership of the NAOPs Customer Transformation team.
What will you do?
- Collaborates with peers and supports leaders in a multi-cultural, multi-time zone environment
- Manages daily calendar within Outlook for leaders
- Responsible for booking travel and expense reporting through Concur
- Coordinates small and large virtual and in person meetings (e.g., scheduling conference rooms, coordinating food, logistics, note taking, minutes of meeting)
- Reserves domestic and international travel and hotel arrangements as needed; proactively identifying requirements for travel documents such as visas, invitation letters, etc.
- Prepares and files expense reports
- General office duties such as word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, flow of correspondence, filing, requisition of supplies, faxing, etc.
- Coordinates agenda and materials for meetings and training sessions and other activities of the organization
- Maintains and updates databases, organizes and manages data on social media / shared sites as needed
- Assists in preparation of business review materials
- Responds to staff requests for administrative support as needed
- Ability to multi- task and prioritize many work items simultaneously

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- This position requires at least 10 years of experience in an executive level administrative position in a demanding international matrix environment with various time zones and cultures.
- Proficient computer skills including MS Office products and web applications.
- Excellent organizational skills, as well as verbal and written communication skills required.
- Results oriented and able to make decisions without direct supervisor involvement and open to work in a multi-cultural environment.
- Soft skills enabling quick integration in the network of Executive Assistants.
- Must have a positive attitude and flexibility to work outside of regular schedule when special events require admin support.
