For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $72,000 - $75,600 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

What will you do?
We are looking for recent graduates (2024-2025) to be located at the Schneider Electric Dallas Hub in Carrollton, TX for 6 months. You will be exposed to high-quality, comprehensive training that will familiarize you with our Sustainability Business, the fundamentals of automation, technical processes, and the soft skills necessary to succeed.
After successful completion of the 6 month development program, the following opportunities are available within the Public Sector Operations division and in the locations listed on this posting:
Hardware Design (Opportunities across the US)
- Our Hardware Design group conducts site audits for our clients across the US as part of a multidisciplinary team. This team creates estimates, scopes of work, and controls designs and drawings to optimize their Building Automation System (BAS) for comfort and energy efficiency.
Applications (Opportunities in Dallas, TX)
- Our Applications team empowers our users to optimize Building Automation Systems through creating world class applications and HMI. They utilize controls designs and drawings, and remotely support our Field Operations group.
Field Operations (Opportunities across the US)
- Our Field Operations group utilizes their hands-on experience and knowledge to oversee our controls installation on our sites. This team manages our contractors, validates our installation standards, and coordinates with and trains our clients.
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, Project
- Valid driver’s license required for minimum of 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Must be available to relocate in the US upon joining
- Bachelor or two-year technical degree in an Engineering or similar discipline
- Other Professional certifications (LEED, CEA, CEM, CISCO, etc.) a plus
- Applicable experience or knowledge in the following is what will set you a part: designing, programming, or installing Building Automation Systems, familiarity with HVAC system sequence of operation, understanding of network architecture
