Schneider Electric has an opportunity for an Inclusion and Well-Being Business Analyst in Boston.

In this role, you will provide analytical expertise to support the evolution of our DEI and well-being strategy and transformation. Working in close collaboration with the global DEI and well-being team, Schneider Electric businesses, functions, and HR teams to uncover actionable insights with a focus on developing and tracking the company's performance through the lens of inclusion and care.
Your main missions will be :
- Partner with People Analytics & Reporting team to developing new and evolve existing DEI dashboards and other ad hoc data requirements for well-being
- Responsible for generating ongoing, actionable new insights, educating stakeholders on things that they do not know, ensuring DEI and well-being data is usable, accessible, and protected
- Defining a standard approach for data analysis and storytelling, documenting and understanding needs, showcasing options, and manipulating and synthesizing data into analytics, visualizations and concise stories.
- Ongoing improvement of DEI & well-being reports & dashboards to identify trends and provide comparisons over time
- DEI & Well-being team subject matter expert for monthly, quarterly and annual reporting and analysis process as well as design and share monthly communications
- Support the development business cases, presentations, and pitches, supporting the strategy execution and leaders’ speaking engagements
- Participate in processes that support associate data accuracy, quality, and compliance
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Education : Master's degree in Data analytics or in HR with mastery of Data analysis
- Technical Field: business analysis, DEI, Well-Being, HR
- Work experience needed: experience in global functions manipulating data to tell stories and generate insights and informed decisions, experience in Diversity, Inclusion and Well-being is a plus
- Requested languages : English fluent
