JOB SUMMARY: This position is located in NPS Inflation Reduction Act, in the Administration Division. MAJOR DUTIES: Major Duties include but are not limited to: Plans, upgrades, modifies, configures, and documents communications systems and associated infrastructure. Manages on and off premise-based infrastructure that supports organization Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and Radio over Internet Protocol (RoIP) systems. Identifies and assesses the extent and operational impact of network and Information Technology services for immediate service restoration actions. Optimize functionality and performance of systems, maintain integrity with configuration problems and initiate corrective or preventative actions to failed systems. Consults with customers to identify priorities and best approaches for integrating systems administration requirements into daily operations.
