Region APC > Service APAC > Warehouse VN
This role will be working 2 days in the office in HCMC and 3 days in the warehouse in Long Thanh
Responsibilities
• Adhere to safety standards and procedures, intervening when identifying unsafe situations.
• Supervise 3PL warehouse operations and administer warehouse-related activities, including inventory management and reporting.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile with system data via weekly and yearly cycle count activities.
• Review consumables, packing material procurement.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound supply flow accurately and on time.
• Ensuring traceability of material stocks and tracking inbound and outbound PO/SO.
• Supporting and coordinating with transport team and service team on import and export activities.
• Auditing to ensure all required documents for inbounds & outbounds kept tidily, in both shared folder & physical binder.
• Local transport arrangement for materials deliveries.
• Perform safety walk, hazardous observation and follow up for necessary actions.
• Handle non-conformity process in alignment with Vestas procedures.
• Other administration tasks assigned by supply chain lead: including but not limited to debit note verification and confirmation, PR creation in system, GR posting, cost reporting, and supporting for invoice posting process.
• Provide other adhoc transport support as needed.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business administration or related fields.
• 1-3 years working experience in logistics or warehouse operation
• Vietnamese native speaker.
• Good communication in English.
Competencies
• Advanced MS Excel skills required, working experience with SAP is desirable
• Good time management/ planning skill.
• Warehouse experience.
• Collaborative colleague.
• Basic technical knowhow.
• Demonstrate a willingness to work in the cross-functional and team environment
