CALSTART is #hiring! We continue to grow and are looking for candidates passionate about improving air quality and combating climate change through equitable solutions. The Associate Project Manager Light Duty ZEV Infrastructure Incentive Development will support the creation and maintenance of internal and public documents and help with technical assistance and customer service efforts to help the team meet project KPIs. They will also support internal operations of the team and support LPM and PMIs with SOPs internal communication and meetings and notetaking/documenting for internal and external meetings for the Communities in Charge (CIC) Incentive Project.
Additionally the Associate Project Manager Light Duty ZEV Infrastructure Incentive Development will:
- Assist with the maintenance of project documents, technical assistance assets and website maintenance.
- Support outreach and engagement with stakeholders meeting coordination internal operations and assist with webinar logistics and internal/external communications.
- Support with research on relevant subject matter such as permitting and topics that may affect project design.
- Support with application or payment request processing as requested.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:- 2+ Years of Experience in supporting programs or projects researching information
- Experience establishing priorities and managing multiple activities to meet multiple deadlines.
- Experience in community outreach and engagement.
- Knowledge of clean transportation infrastructure
- Knowledgeable of MS Word Excel PowerPoint Teams Outlook
- Ability to analyze and interpret research of various topics to improve processes.
- Ability to review and interpret data to maintain and update documents.
- Ability to proofread or edit work for writing style correct syntax and tenses fact-checking and grammatical errors.
- Experience using both written and verbal means to communicate effectively and work within documents.
Desired Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Public administration business administration environmental sciences sustainability policy related field or equivalent training and years of experience
