As City Analysis Associate Principal, you’ll be part of a nimble special projects team, providing the C-suite at Via with critical insights into the health of our 600+ partners. You will guide their focus towards the most pressing issues — whether thematic or partner-specific — to guide prioritization, and then drive many of these cross-functional initiatives forward to improve customer experience, revenue, and margins. Collaborating with various CXOs and their departments, you’ll work on key projects that touch operations, finance, product, sales, and service design.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives forward, including their identification, scoping, execution, all while keeping the c-suite closely looped in.
- Provide senior leadership with detailed visibility into the performance of our partner network, designing reporting processes that offer commercial, product, financial, and operational insights.
- Develop partner segmentations and benchmarks to identify performance outliers and areas for improvement.
- Conduct deep dives using SQL and other tools to pinpoint inefficiencies and enhance rider experiences.
- Generate and test performance improvement hypotheses, coordinating cross-functional pilots to scale successful initiatives.
- Create clear, impactful presentations to highlight key issues and facilitate decision-making at the CXO level.
Who You Are:
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in managing large datasets and tools such as SQL and Tableau.
- Organized, independent, and proactive, you take ownership of tasks and drive results with a sense of urgency.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator, capable of navigating diverse stakeholders and facilitating productive meetings, including executive audiences
- Creative problem solver, skilled at developing innovative solutions to complex transportation challenges.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in management consulting or a similarly analytical and fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree required.
