- BS in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience
- PE (NJ, NY, PA) preferred
- OSHA 40-hr certification
- Supports Practice Leads and Management.
- Meets project, client and regulatory deadlines.
- Works in a timely fashion to meet project budgets.
- Working knowledge of NJDEP, NYSDEC, NYCDEP and/or PADEP requirements a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Communicates effectively with clients, coworkers, sub consultants, and county/agency review staff.
- Composes technical reports, memorandums and other written communication
- Handles multiple concurrent projects.
- Responsible for field sampling and contractor oversight at locations in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.
- Responsible for preparation of construction plans and specs, and supporting calculations/analysis in collaboration with survey data
- Experience with AutoCAD, Microstation, and GIS software.
- Knowledge/experience with PondPack, StormCAD, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, HydroCAD
- Experience with hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, bridge scour analysis, stormwater management, roadway drainage design for transportation-related projects is strongly desirable.
- Experience with 2D hydraulic modeling desired
- Proficiency with basic MS Office software
- Driving is a requirement of the position. A clean driving record is required
- Other duties as required.
