OVERVIEW
The Social Div. aims to lead and monitor social suitability and performance and the organization’s practices with its key stakeholders. The Social Div. represents practices that benefit the company's employees, consumers, and the wider community.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and prioritize the company’s Social material topics, planning and development of sustainability strategy and implementation roadmap
- Track performance of Social programs across the company.
- Coordinate with business lines and other corporate functions to manage deployment of Social programs
- Coordinate with relevant parties to develop and implement sustainability disclosure and communication strategies with internal and external stakeholders groups
- Leads social initiatives in line with the integrated ESG strategy to meet environmental and social targets in line with the corporate strategy and CEO ambition
- Coordinate with team developing Corporate Strategy to provide ESG-related inputs to help shape Corporate Strategy and receive inputs to help shape ESG Strategy in alignment with Corporate Strategy
- Develops KPIs and collects social data across the business to measure and track progress towards targets
- Partakes in strategic social decision making and liaise with other departments to ensure social issues are tackled across the business
- Provides social-related SME inputs and pushes for social innovation
- Develop and publish the company sustainability Annual report
- Works closely with Relevant parties Generation, Risk and Compliance, and Legal Affairs departments amongst others.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Politics, Economics, Business, Engineering or Related Field.
- Knowledge of social sustainability.
- GRI certification.
- Training courses in ESG.
